Approach to Helping

Life's stressors, anxieties and traumas can make it difficult to see the sun through the clouds. My aim is to invite sunlight back into your life by creating a space of warmth, safety and non-judgment. I believe healing happens in relationship; being truly seen and heard by another can have a profound impact on our ability to heal. Together we can work toward your goals.

My focus areas include anxiety, life stressors/transitions, trauma, and parenting. My approach integrates exploring connections between past and present, use of mindfulness and body awareness, and focus on the therapeutic relationship.
