I believe that health and wholeness are fostered by authentic connection- to self, to others, and to the larger web of life. The therapeutic process is like having a mirror held up so that a person can reflect on how they show up in those relationships and how they can intentionally shape relationships, including to themselves, that support healing and thriving. I aim to create an alliance with you, my client, that promotes a feeling of safety so that curiosity, exploration, and self-reflection are possible. In our alliance, we will collaborate to generate self-inspired change that suits your life and your spirit.
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I have experience collaborating with clients who present a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relational problems, grief, and self-esteem. I offer an integrative, body-centered approach that is informed by neurobiology, mindfulness, and each unique client.
If you are curious if we could collaborate well together, consider scheduling a 20-minute free exploration session with me.
