Approach to Helping

I believe that every individual is worthy of love and happiness. If you are experiencing uncertainty, struggle, restlessness, pain or grief you do not need to feel alone. Sometimes we know the source of our unhappiness and sometimes it can feel like everything is present in our lives to be happy, yet we feel discontent. The thoughts and behaviors that emerge from these feelings can cause you to question your worth and purpose, creating self judgement and unwanted behavioral patterns. Therapy is an opportunity to explore these thoughts, patterns of behavior, and to find a way to anchor into and reconnect with our true soul essence and self worth.

As a therapist, I will hold a safe and non-judgmental space for you to unravel past trauma, unwanted behavior, self- doubt or difficult relationship dynamics; allowing an opportunity to develop greater self understanding and compassion. Becoming more aware of the roots of unwanted thoughts and behavior and challenging old operating systems can assist you in raising your consciousness and releasing behaviors that no longer serve you. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey of self discovery.
