Sarah Plybon, LCSW
License and/or Certifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Approach to Helping :

Depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic pain, anger, codependency, grief, parenting struggles, narcissistic parenting, life transitions and women’s issues; these are struggles that many of us experience daily. In my years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with many individuals and families struggling with all the above and more.

I have found that the current struggles we face are often reflective of our past experiences, hurts, and wounding; often known as trauma. Much of my knowledge and expertise is working with trauma. Trauma includes physical, sexual, and emotional abuse; however, can also include neglect, hospitalizations, divorce, car accidents, and much more.

The reality is, we ALL have hurts from our past that impact us today. Dealing with these issues can be overwhelming, scary and confusing, and my role is to be your guide on this healing journey.
As a therapist, it is my great honor and privilege to provide a warm and healing space where you can process through all of life’s challenges, both past and present. Through compassion and curiosity, I welcome all of who you are and will assist you with understanding your thoughts, feelings and experiences on a deeper level, which allows for a transformational healing that will last.
