Approach to Helping :

I aim to create a warm, reliable, and empathetic space for people to show up in whichever way they need to. It can be terrifying to let your armor down and be seen as your full, raw self. I believe that healing comes from showing that rawness and still being acknowledged, heard, and cared for unconditionally. This is my approach to therapy. Exploring our armor, or our learned patterns in life, can help create understanding of where they came from, can provide compassion for how we’ve adapted, and can offer opportunities to take control of what parts we want to change. I work relationally and collaboratively to help clients figure out what works and what doesn’t and empower them in fulfilling their desired change.
