Approach to Helping :

Deciding to make a change for yourself and seeking support from someone during the process, is a courageous step towards creating a different path in your life. Whether you are someone who is struggling with Depression/Anxiety, Trauma, Addiction, Parenting, Grief/Loss, Personal Growth, or other Life Transitions, together we work towards creating alternatives to help live the life you want.  I support clients in gaining awareness around their struggles, and empower them by identifying and relying on their own strengths. I have 10 years of experience working with teens and their families, and I also enjoy working with children and adults. My style of therapy is engaging, interactive and direct and I believe in creating a safe, empathic, warm environment where change can begin to take place. I also provide substance abuse evaluations for adults and teens.
