Meet our new Director of Finance, who brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Christie Bolinger holds a B.A. in Political Science & International Affairs with Honors from the University of Cincinnati, an M.A. in Political Science with concentration in statistics from Miami University, and an M.P.A. with concentration in Financial Management from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.  

Prior to joining MDCC, Christie served as the Director of Finance for PTSI in Syracuse, New York. Previously, Christie worked for the New York State Governor’s Division of Budget, and the Onondaga County Executive’s Division of Management and Budget, both of which she served in various capacities developing, overseeing, and forecasting budgets at the State, County, and local government levels.

Christie’s experience in nonprofit financial management, commitment to our mission, and background in healthcare policy will be an asset to our organization. We are excited to welcome her into the Maria Droste Counseling Center community.
