Approach to Helping My goal is to help people understand aspects of their lives that they find confusing or difficult to talk about. I believe that we are driven by systems that affect our decisions as well as guide us in choices that we make about ourselves and by exploring these systems we are better able to understand ourselves. I enjoy working with couples and families and exploring ways to improve communication and building emotional relationships. I hope to bring a safe environment, empathy, and humor to each session. I strive to create a cooperative therapeutic relationship that provides agency over therapy choices and collaboration towards how to address your concerns.
